Annual Billing Information

• Invoices for Carson City Annual Health Permits will be sent out first week of November with a link to pay online. 
• All invoices are emailed to the billing email address on file, if you have any corrections, please fill out the “Establishment Contact Update Form” and send it to eh@carson.org. 
• We do joint billing with the Carson City Business License Division. 
• Hard copies of the renewal notices are sent out early December via USPS.
• Invoices are due January 15th, a 25% late fee is applied January 16th to all outstanding invoices with an additional reinstatement fee.
• Payments can be made online, by check (mailing or drop off at the business license office), or by cash (in person at the business license office).

Douglas County annual permit fees are paid through our office. If you are needing to make a payment for your annual health permit you can click the link below. If you do not know your amount due, please contact our office and do not enter the amount from previous year invoices.

• CCHHS accepts two forms of payment, online payments through a secure platform (the link is provided in the invoice email) and by check (mailed or dropped off at our office 900 E. Long Street). 
• Invoices are due December 31st, a 25% late fee is applied January 16th to all outstanding invoices.
