The Title X Family Planning program was enacted in 1970 as Title X of the public health service act, public law 91-572 population research and voluntary family planning programs. The Title X mission is to assist individuals and couples in planning and spacing births, contributing to positive birth outcomes and improved health for women and infants.

We offer childhood, adolescent, young adult and adult vaccinations. Each year in the fall and winter, we offer the flu vaccine for individuals 6 months of age and older.

Sexual health can be a very personal subject. That is why we provide private testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, or STDs to men and women.

Test results are available within a few days, and health information is offered during your visit.

We also provide safe-sex kits and a place to have your questions answered without judgment.

HIV Testing: Rapid HIV testing is offered with same-day results.

Registration forms are for family planning and STD (sexually transmitted disease) services.

Immunization forms are available on-site.

Our practice now offers patients the opportunity to use the power of the web to securely track healthcare services received from our office on our Patient Portal. Those who have presented for family planning, well child, women or male exams, and sexually transmitted disease testing, can sign up for the portal with our reception staff. Provide us with your email address and we can sign you up for our patient portal.

You can now securely print an official immunization record from your home computer by visiting the Nevada WebIZ Public Access Portal.
