Hospital Preparedness

 

CCHHS works closely with medical partners in Carson, Douglas and Lyon counties to ensure coordinated community planning, training and response efforts. CCHHS has purchased supplies and equipment to build emergency response capabilities for area hospitals and continues to investigate funding opportunities to support emergency response efforts. Improving preparedness plans for all-hazards, including pandemic influenza, is the goal of building robust healthcare systems in Western Nevada.
